Fundraiser Mission Statement

Our inaugural event in 2018 celebrated the life of Tracy Madrick Keith from Union.  Tracy was a  loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend who championed the cause of ovarian cancer awareness and research from the time of her diagnosis until she lost her battle with the disease in 2017.  Teal We Find a Cure raised $15,000 for the Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Greater Cincinnati.

In 2019, we donated $30,000 from the fundraiser to benefit the new St. Elizabeth Cancer Center.  We have since made a commitment to donate $250,000 for the name designation of the Center for Gynecologic Cancer Care in honor of Tracy Madrick Keith.

The cancer center is right here in Northern Kentucky on St. Elizabeth's Edgewood campus.  This center is the largest comprehensive cancer center in our region. The cancer center was built around clinical research programs that will include trials of the latest drugs, which might not be available in other hospitals for years. Cancer patients will be offered access to specialized physicians who are committed to research and cutting-edge therapeutics.  We feel that this cancer center will save countless lives of all cancer patients in Northern Kentucky.
